“British visitors who need to be tested in Ypres, can be tested in the screening centre of the Jan Yperman Hospital: Briekestraat 10 in Ypres.

Al least 48 hours before departure in the UK, you need to fill in a Passenger Locator Form for each person. All information and the form can be found under this link: https://travel.info-coronavirus.be/public-health-passenger-locator-form. After filling in this Passenger Locator Form every person will receive a Covid-19 Test Prescription Code (CTPC) by text message.

After receipt of this CTPC, you are obliged to book your test via the following phone number at the Jan Yperman Hospital: 00 32 57 35 70 47. The cost of a test is 55 Euro per person, to be paid on location in cash, Payconic or Bancontact. Please book your test well in time! The screening centre in Ypres is open every day, during weekdays from 8:50h untill 12:00h and from 13:00h untill 18:10h, during weekends and holidays from 8:30h until 12:00h and from 13:00h until 17:00h.

For this screening the following data are required: CTPC, cellphone number on which the CTPC was received, e-mail address where the result can be sent. The easiest way to get the COVID certificate is by downloading the CovidSafeBE App on your cellphone on which you can consult the result and certificate in English by using your CTPC and the last four numbers of the cellphone number on which the CTPC was received. “
